"Silendru Oru Kathal", the
latest romantic flick surely will give you a break
from the rowdy torn violent kollywood these days.
Changing from the trend of rowdy subject is a
pleasant love story with a good script, which could
have been handled well, even though it was a good
effort for a new comer.
Surya's acting talent gets toned in his every movie.
He is one actor to be watched for various roles and
actions. As a college romeo and as a matured husband
he has done an amazing job. He carries the movie in
his shoulders well aided by Jothika and Bhoomika.

Ofcourse
the other highlight of the movie is A.R.Rehman's
music and Vali's Lyrics. "New York Nagaram" and "Munbe
Vaa" songs are the songs of the year and it will be
ringing in your ears for several times if you hear
once.
Surya is stylish in his looks and body language as a
student and the movie is well captured in the
locations of Coimbatore. His role as a loving
husband and caring father is portrayed well. The
girl who has played their daughter is very cute and
brings out laughter at various places in the movie.
Jothika as a housewife and a
mother is looking very cute and emoted well. And the
surprising element is Bhoomika. Her character has
been nicely etched and the college sequences will
turn the younger generation mad.
Everyone in the movie as worked hard, though some of
the dialogues could have been avoided, which doesn't
give the true depth of Bhoomika and Surya's love.
