Hollywood actor in Tamil Cinema
Hollywood actor John Shea will play a
villain in a Tamil film Achamundu Achamundu
(We Are Afraid) featuring Prasanna and Sneha,
its NRI director Arun Vaidyanathan said.
Recent releases of Shea include A Broken
Sole, The Insurgents and Heartbreak
Hospital.
Shea, who won an Emmy for Baby M, a 1988
mini-series, will also be seen in a Hollywood
forthcoming release Bombshell.
Achamundu..., revolving around a global
Tamil-centric issue, will be shot completely in
the US. Being made in Tamil and English, the
movie will have a global release in 2009,
Vaidyanathan told reporters.
Karthik Raja has been signed to score the music.
