"Mayil Tamil" monthly magazine launched

Kuala Lumpur: Human Resources
Minister and MIC vice-president Datuk Dr S.
Subramaniam, who launched the Mayil Tamil
monthly magazine in Kuala Lumpur, said many
Tamil youths were ignorant of their language
“which is dangerous for the future of the Tamil
language.” He said if action was not taken by
religious and social organizations, there was a
possibility that the language could diminish
over the years. Dr Subramaniam was pleased to
note that the new magazine would benefit the
300,000 Indian students in primary and secondary
schools throughout the country.

build their own crematoriums but they must adhere to
government regulations.
